I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto.

I grew up in South Africa, and this has afforded me an enriched opportunity to live in a complex and diverse setting where people come together from different walks of life. My previous volunteer experiences in Neurology wards in public hospitals in Cape Town has shown me that each individual comes from their own set of unique life circumstances, which in turn shapes them to be who they are. Understanding people’s backgrounds, life stories, and struggles, has allowed me to have insight into the workings of their current lives and I am very grateful to have worked with a wide range of individuals with varying cultural backgrounds, identities, and ethnicities.
